Questions people ask before they start

Is this an actual spoken conversation, or am I typing at a bot?

You talk out loud and Robin answers out loud, in real time — nothing to type. Robin is software, not a person, and will say so if you ask. That is what makes it useful: you can open the same conversation five times, get it wrong four of them, and nobody is left standing there.

Who hears my voice, and what happens to the recording?

Nobody on our side hears it. Your microphone connects straight from your browser to OpenAI, the US company whose model gives Robin its voice — the audio never touches our servers, OpenAI receives your IP address with it, and OpenAI's own terms apply there. What stays with us is the written transcript, on servers in Frankfurt, and it is deleted automatically 30 days after the session ends. Under Account & privacy you can export everything we hold, or delete your account and everything in it, yourself: no email, no waiting.

What does it cost, and can I cancel?

12 € a month or 120 € a year, and yes — any time, in the Stripe customer portal, without contacting us. A card starts the 3 free days: cancel inside them and nothing is charged. Cancel later and access runs to the end of the period you already paid for. During the trial you can work up to five conversations a day; a subscription lifts that limit. One conversation is free before any of it, with no card. One thing worth knowing up front: the free days are granted once per programme. Cancel and come back later, and the new subscription is charged straight away.

What if I genuinely have nothing to say?

That is the starting condition here, not a disqualification — the first track is literally about starting from nothing. You practise the openings that work when you share no history at all, the follow-up that turns a one-word answer into a conversation, and the exit that leaves the other person glad you stopped by. Robin does not mind pauses and never rushes you, and you can replay the same thirty seconds until it stops feeling like a performance.
